Blood Meridian Course: How Samuel Chamberlain Inspired Blood Meridian (1)

Today we are kicking off the eventual 100+ hour Blood Meridian course with an analysis of the only primary source of Judge Holden, Glanton, Tate, Tobin, and many of the other characters/events in the novel! In the video I will go over what McCarthy stole from Chamberlain, what he left out, and how the characters differ between the book and Chamberlain’s account.
