If we are going to create a literary renaissance and start amplifying our warriors, the writers who are killing it, here on Substack, then we are going to need to master the algorithm.
The Substack algorithm is unlike any other social media algorithm, as it isn’t focused on keeping you on the platform to see more ads.
The Substack algorithm is built to get people interested in you and the depth and creativity you’re willing to offer.
However, gamifying it, winning on Substack, and sharing your transformative work with the world isn’t exactly easy.
I’ve been doing the wrong stuff on here for years, acting like Substack was Instagram. YouTube, or X, and almost none of it worked.
It wasn’t until I started tracking and really understanding how this platform works that I gained momentum over the past six months.
Recently, the creator of the Substack algorithm came and explained what it looks for, and in this video, I will adapt his advice for all my creative writers out there.
The novelists and poets looking to get people interested in their work.
The essayists and literary critics who are trying to amplify others and their beautiful ideas.
That’s who this video is for. Those who are willing to connect with others and really believe that their work matters.
Because the Substack algorithm isn’t a magic virality pusher like all the other social media sites.
It rewards actual connection with readers and being a consistent slinger of quality work.
In today’s video, I give you the gameplan so that you can get this process started and start to get more readers than you know what to do with.
